Experience the magical sounds of an early summer night at our Annual Stars & Guitars concert event! Gather your loved ones, pack your blankets, and immerse yourself in a night of music, food, and wonder under the moonlit skies. The event will be held on the back lawn of the historic Mount Bleak House, which features sweeping views of the Virginia Piedmont and Crooked Run Valley.

Enjoy foot-tapping tunes from local bluegrass bands and indulge your taste buds with an array of delicious food vendors. Savor your favorite treats while watching the day turn to a night full of stars at our International Dark Sky-recognized park. Throughout the concert, Rangers will provide interpretive tables and kids' activities to ensure fun for the whole family.

Headlining Performer: Jack Dunlap "A skilled mandolin and guitar player...well-known nationwide...Though his roots are in bluegrass, he’s an artist with wide-ranging influences, including jazz, swing, blues, rock, country, and even Eastern Indian folk."
