Did you know that Westmoreland is one of the original State Parks in Virginia? Come join us on a guided hike, learning all about the Civilian Conservation Corps, their time building up Westmoreland, and the imprint of their hard work still here today!

We will be hiking for ~1.5 miles on paved, gravel, hardpack and rooty terrain, so make sure to wear appropriate clothing and bring your water bottles!

In greyscale, 5 1930's era trucks drive past a stone fountain with umbrellas behind it. The trees are much shorter than they are today, only about 30 feet tall.
