Join us for an engaging lecture that explores the history of Point Lookout, the largest Union prison camp of the Civil War. This program looks at the daily reality of the soldiers held there, the conditions they endured, and the stories of struggle, adaptation, and resilience that emerged from the camp. Visitors will gain a deeper understanding of how this place shaped the lives of thousands and why its legacy remains significant today.
