The Senior Ranger series is geared towards senior citizens who are interested in learning more about nature, outdoor skills, and history. This program offers a range of outdoor opportunities to be active and explore Leesylvania State Park. Complete 5 sessions and receive a Senior Ranger Badge. Contact the Visitor Center at 703-583-6904 or leesylvaniavc@dcr.virginia.gov to sign up.

Robin Hood, Katniss Everdeen, Hawkeye, fictional archers with real world skills. Will you take up the bow and try your hand at the sport of archery? The Let's Go Adventure staff will show you the basics of archery including finding your draw length, proper safety and shooting techniques, and more. All equipment is provided. This program is up to 2 hours long and is limited to 20 participants.
