Have you ever wondered how fabric was dyed in the 18th and 19th century? How did the British get their red coats? How did bright dresses get their color? Come join a ranger outside the Mulberry Hill House as they demonstrate ways fabric was dyed with nothing but a pot and boiling water.
This will be held outside of the Mulberry Hill House during the regular tours for anyone who is interested. Please call (434) 454-4312 for more information.
Dirección de Mulberry Hill: 2667 Mulberry Hill Road, Saxe, VA, 23967.
